1. Getting Ready

A mentor tutors a teenage boy

You’ll learn about your interests, strengths and abilities. You’ll also learn about jobs that are in high demand and the education and skills needed to get those jobs. Activities may include interest testing, career counseling, aptitude testing and programs that help you get ready to go to work.
