Vision & Mission of the High School / High Tech Leadership Consortium

VISION

All Maryland students with disabilities will acquire the knowledge, skills and support necessary to access and advance in careers in the technology-driven global economy.

MISSION

To expand the horizons, opportunities and employment potential of students with disabilities through the development of a statewide, sustainable High School/High Tech program that incorporates the evidence-based design features of Preparatory Experiences, Connecting Activities, Work-Based Experiences, and Youth Development and Leadership.
