There are a number of organizations that play an instrumental role in the Maryland High School/High Tech program. These organizations are described below.

DORS – The Maryland High School/High Tech Program is overseen by the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS), which is a division of the Maryland State Department of Education. DORS mission – to help Maryland citizens with disabilities go to work or stay independent in their homes and communities – starts early with services directed especially toward students. The High School/High Tech Program is an initiative focused specifically at high-school and college aged individuals.

ODEP – The Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP), a division of the U.S. Department of Labor, funds the High School/High Tech grant.

NCWD/Youth – The National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth (NCWD/ Youth) is funded by a DOL/ODEP grant and provides technical assistance and support to HS/HT sites.

UCP – We would like to acknowledge the United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) organization for their pioneering work in establishing High School/High Tech in Maryland and in development of the program in an on-line format.
