The Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) – A recognized leader in assistive technology services, DORS can help individuals find out what AT products can help them, learn how to use the products and decide how to buy or borrow these items. In order to receive these services, an individual can apply through any DORS field office.

The Maryland Technology Assistance Program (MDTAP) – provides information and referral on AT, give presentations on assistive technology, and runs 3 demonstration centers for you to try out the equipment available. They also administer the Maryland Assistive Technology Guaranteed Loan Program, which makes available loans to purchase assistive technology for Maryland residents with disabilities.

Equipment Link - This program connects people who have disability-related equipment to sell, lend, or donate with people who need this equipment. It is a free service sponsored by the Maryland Assistive Technology Cooperative.

Job Accommodation Network – This is a consultation service "designed to increase the employability of people with disabilities." They provide information on worksite accommodations, disability-related legislative issues, and provide consultation on self-employment options.

Employer Assistance Recruiting Network (EARN) – EARN is the employment arm of JAN, assisting employers with finding qualified individuals with disabilities and assisting in making job accommodations easy.

IBM Human Ability and Accessibility Center - provides valuable information on AT assessment, new accessibility breakthroughs and resource for obtaining assistive technology.
